The Practice
Saeed Shemranifar is the founder of Shemrani Capital Inc. Over fifteen years inside Canada’s largest banks (thirteen at CIBC and two at RBC as a Senior Mortgage Advisor), he originated more than one billion dollars in mortgages and consistently ranked among the country’s top producers.
He left to do something the banks structurally could not: give people independent counsel on how to approach financing, before a single application is filed.
Shemrani Capital is not a brokerage and does not arrange mortgages. It is a consulting practice, built to hand clients the judgement, preparation, and market fluency that a branch, bound to one product shelf, was never able to offer.
